Dr. Dennis V. Shaw, D.D.S.
Dr. Shaw founded this practice over 30 years ago with the intention of practicing dentistry in the place he loves and providing an atmosphere where people can relax and feel at home, even at the dentist office.
About Dr Shaw:
Growing up a country boy at heart, Dr. Shaw had the opportunity to relocate the office to what once was his grandmother's farm. This tranquil country setting has deep meaning to Dr. Shaw and reflects on his dental philosophy. His goal is to provide family oriented quality dental care in a professional, caring and comfortable environment.
Community Service:
Dr. Shaw serves as an active member of the Circleville Nazarene Church. He has also served as past president of the local rotary club as well as the local dental society. Younger years found Dr. Shaw serving as a volunteer coach for youth baseball, softball and basketball.
My Background:
Dr. Shaw grew up in Circleville. He and his wife, Debbie, have two children, Jennifer (Barry) and Joshua (Sarah). They have been blessed with two granddaughters.
My Education:
Dr. Shaw graduated from Circleville High School. He attended two of his undergraduate years at Miami University before transferring to the Ohio State University. He was accepted to the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1974 where he was selected to be part of a small elite group of students to participate in a clinical setting while still in school. He then graduated from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1977.
My Professional Associations:
Dr. Shaw is an active member of the American Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, the Rehwinkle Dental Society and the Circleville Morning Rotary.
My interests, hobbies
Dr. Shaw loves spending time with his family. He also enjoys boating, hunting and antique tractors.
