Dr. Lisa D. Dubos, D.D.S.
Dr. Dubos joined Drs. Shaw & Ely in 2000. Dr. Dubos believes that the key to overall health is to maintain good dental health. "I love greeting my patient with a warm caring smile and helping them give one back."
About Dr Dubos:
Dr. Dubos primary goal each day is to change patients' perception of dentistry. She strives to put her patients at ease and to help them understand that the dental experience no longer has to be a fearful one.
Community Service:
Dr. Dubos serves on the hospitality and traditional worship committees for the Grove City United Methodist Church. She also serves as a program coordinator for the Angel Tree Ministry and as the Pickaway Health Services Chair. She has also served as a Circle of Caring board member and has provided free dental care through the Mission of Mercy Project in Parkersburg, W.VA.
My Background/Family:
Dr. Dubos grew up in East Palestine, Ohio. Dr. Dubos and her husband John are kept busy caring for their dog, Leo. John is also a dentist, practicing in Grove City.
My Education:
Dr. Dubos graduated from East Palestine High School and went on to attend both Youngtown State University and The Ohio State University. Dr, Dubos graduated from Youngtown State in 1995 and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2000.
My Professional Associations:
Dr. Dubos is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Columbus Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Women Dentists and the American Society of Forensic Odontology. She is also a member of the Sfumato Dental Study Club.
My interests, hobbies
Dr. Dubos enjoys traveling, reading and entertaining.
